Shipping Policy
1) Order Confirmation
You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after checkout. Keep it as proof of purchase. A separate shipping email with your tracking link will arrive once your order is dispatched.
2) Processing Time (Handling)
Orders ship in 10-14 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
During peak periods (holidays, major sales), processing may extend to 15–20 business days.
Delivery windows below begin after dispatch.

• Delivery windows are estimates and may vary with carrier performance, weather, and customs.
• Orders with multiple items may ship in separate parcels at no extra charge.
5) Tracking
All orders include tracking. Your tracking link is emailed once the parcel is dispatched. It can take up to 24 hours to activate on the carrier’s website.
6) Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, Dupestore covers customs duties, import taxes, and destination fees required by the receiving country. You will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.
7) Address Accuracy
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for delays or loss due to incomplete or incorrect addresses. If a parcel is returned as undeliverable, we can reship or process a refund once received back in sellable condition.
8) Delivery Issues (Late, Lost, Damaged)
- Damaged/incorrect items: contact hello@dupestore.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
- Delayed or missing parcels: check your tracking and local courier first, then email us so we can investigate with the carrier.
- Claims window: claims must be initiated within 60 days of the last tracking update.
